Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep”. It is a way to get your mind, body and emotional self to be at it’s most relaxed state. Yoga nidra is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body.
The guided yoga nidra experience takes you down into a deep brain wave state that moves you through the different brain wave patterns and layers of our being. It allows the mind and body to rest and restore.
Yoga nidra is similar to a guided meditation, during a session we will set intentions and use relaxation techniques, breath and imagery to create a complete practice. You will lie down with props, blankets and pillows to completely rest, relax and renew.
