What is Reiki

Reiki is a high vibrational energy that is transmitted through an attuned practitioner and into the energy field of the recipient. This loving energy can assist the body, mind and even spirit with its own natural healing process. 

Reiki is for absolutely anyone who feels called to have a treatment. There are no contra-indications, it is very safe and the energy meets you where you are (in other words, you're highly unlikely to experience something you're not ready for). 

Reiki is incredibly soothing, and therefore ideal for stress-relief, anxiety, stress, chronic pain and chronic illness. 

It is also wonderful for bringing clarity at times of uncertainty.

Many also opt for Reiki when seeking personal and/or spiritual development. 

What To Expect

I offer both in-person and distanced Reiki healing sessions.

If you book for an in-person session, you will be given the option to include 20 minutes of either Indian Head Massage, Foot Reflexology or Japanese Hand Massage as part of your hour healing Reiki session.

Upon arrival to The Practice Rooms, I will welcome you in and we'll have a brief chat through your consultation form (completed at the time of booking), and I will ask if you have any intentions for the session. Some people like to hold a specific intention in mind head of the session, and others do not. There is no right or wrong. After all, Reiki flows where it is needed the most. 

You'll then be invited to lie on the Reiki table and get comfortable ready for the treatment to begin. Clients often opt for an eye pillow and blanket, but this is entirely to you.

Distanced Reiki

Distanced Reiki healing sessions take place on Zoom.
We begin the session by briefly talking through your consultation form and discussing any intentions for the session.
You will then be invited to make yourself comfortable, lying down or reclined in a chair.
I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation, and then begin the Reiki healing whilst you relax to music.

Following the Reiki healing, there will be the opportunity for an oracle card pull and for us to share reflections from session.
