
My journey into holistic health began in the gym, working as a personal trainer. At first, my focus was simple: helping people get fitter, stronger, and more confident in their bodies. I loved seeing clients progress - watching them feel proud of themselves again and reconnect with their strength.
But over time, I began to notice something.
So many of us were doing all the “right” things…
Working out regularly. Tracking nutrition. Hitting goals. Seeing results.
And yet, beneath the surface, something still felt missing.
Even when the body changed, many people still felt disconnected — from themselves, from their emotions, and from their sense of inner wellbeing.
I saw it in my clients… and I realised I’d been experiencing it too.
I began studying yoga, meditation, and energy work, alongside exploring more intentional ways of living. The impact was immediate. It wasn’t just relaxing — it was transformative. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to truly support myself from the inside out.
That shift changed everything.
Since then, I’ve been committed to creating a space where others can experience the same depth of change — not just improving their health, but building a relationship with themselves that feels steady, empowered, and real.
My work is grounded in the belief that true wellbeing comes from aligning the body, mind, and soul - not treating them as separate parts, but as one intelligent, interconnected system.
I support clients on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level, blending practices that are evidence-informed, deeply intuitive, and designed to create lasting change.
